本アプリは LingoSnap により提供されています。お問い合わせは、アプリ内の設定画面またはサポート窓口からご連絡ください。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは以下の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。

• アカウント情報: ログイン・新規登録を行う場合、メールアドレスおよびパスワードは Firebase Authentication を通じて処理されます。
• 単語データ（クラウド保存）: 単語帳の内容（単語・意味・例文・メモ・タグ・言語・作成/更新日時など）は、ログイン利用時に Firebase Firestore に保存される場合があります（ユーザーIDと紐付けて管理されます）。
• 端末内に保存するデータ: アプリの設定（表示言語・テーマ・辞書の非表示リストなど）は、お客様の端末内（AsyncStorage）に保存される場合があります。
• カメラ・写真: 単語を写真から取り込む機能を使用する場合、カメラまたはフォトライブラリへのアクセスを行います。撮影・選択した画像はOCR処理のために外部サービス（Google Cloud Vision API）へ送信される場合があります。画像を当社が恒久的に保存することは想定していません。
• 辞書/翻訳への問い合わせ: 意味・例文取得のため、単語文字列が外部の辞書/翻訳サービスへ送信される場合があります（例: Google Cloud Translation API、Free Dictionary API、Jisho、Datamuse、Tatoeba など）。

• アカウントの作成・認証・ログインの提供
• 単語帳・復習・辞書機能の提供
• 設定の保存とアプリの動作の最適化
• お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応
• 法令に基づく対応

4. 第三者への提供（外部サービス）

本アプリは機能提供のため、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。外部サービスに送信される情報は、各サービスのプライバシーポリシー等に従って取り扱われます。

• Google Firebase（Authentication / Firestore）: 認証情報および単語データ等の保存に利用する場合があります。参考: Firebase Privacy
• Google Cloud Vision API: OCRのため、画像データが送信される場合があります。
• Google Cloud Translation API: 意味・例文の言語変換のため、テキストが送信される場合があります。
• 辞書/例文サービス: Free Dictionary API、Jisho、Datamuse、Tatoeba、Reverso Context などに問い合わせを行う場合があります（単語文字列等）。

5. データの保存期間と削除

端末内に保存された設定データは、アプリのアンインストールまで端末に保持される場合があります。クラウドに保存された単語データは、ユーザーが削除するか、アカウント削除に伴い削除される場合があります。アカウント削除を希望する場合は、アプリ内の案内に従うか、サポート窓口へお問い合わせください。

6. お子様の利用

本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを対象に個人情報を意図的に収集するものではありません。13歳未満の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意の下でご利用ください。

7. セキュリティ

認証情報は Firebase Authentication の標準的なセキュリティにより保護されます。端末内データは、OSが提供するストレージの仕組み内に保存されます。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内での告知または更新後のアプリ起動時に通知します。改定後の利用により、変更に同意したものとみなします。

1. Data Controller

The App is provided by LingoSnap. For inquiries, please use the in-app Settings or the support channel.

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect and use the following information:

• Account information: If you sign in or create an account, your email address and password are processed via Firebase Authentication.
• Vocabulary data (cloud storage): Your vocabulary (word, meaning, examples, memo, tags, languages, timestamps, etc.) may be stored in Firebase Firestore when you use sign-in (linked to your user ID).
• On-device data: App settings (language, theme, hidden dictionary list, etc.) may be stored on your device (AsyncStorage).
• Camera and photos: If you import words from photos, the App may access the camera or photo library. Images you take or select may be sent to a third-party service for OCR (Google Cloud Vision API). We do not intend to store images permanently.
• Dictionary/translation requests: To fetch meanings and examples, word strings may be sent to external dictionary/translation services (e.g., Google Cloud Translation API, Free Dictionary API, Jisho, Datamuse, Tatoeba).

• Creating, authenticating, and signing in to your account
• Providing vocabulary, review, and dictionary features
• Saving your preferences and optimizing app behavior
• Responding to your inquiries
• Compliance with applicable laws

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services to provide features. Any information shared with third parties is handled under their policies.

• Google Firebase (Authentication / Firestore): used for authentication and, when enabled, storing vocabulary. Reference: Firebase Privacy
• Google Cloud Vision API: images may be sent for OCR processing.
• Google Cloud Translation API: text may be sent for meaning/example language translation.
• Dictionary/example services: Free Dictionary API, Jisho, Datamuse, Tatoeba, Reverso Context, etc. (word strings).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

On-device settings may be kept until you uninstall the App. Cloud-stored vocabulary may be retained until you delete it, or until account deletion where applicable. To request account deletion, follow the in-app instructions or contact support.

6. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 uses the App, we encourage use under parental consent.

7. Security

Authentication data is protected by Firebase Authentication’s standard security. On-device data is stored within the storage mechanisms provided by your device’s OS.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in the App or when you open the App after an update. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
